Autumn Wall

Executive Director

With over 20 years of experience leading and working with nonprofit organizations, executive director Autumn Wall oversees the overall trajectory of A4G's services and facilitates its strategic direction. Autumn earned her Bachelor's degree from Baylor University and her Masters degree from Southwestern Theological Seminary. She is involved in Indianapolis community support organizations for inner city neighborhoods and serves as the worship team leader for Living Faith Church, which she planted downtown alongside her husband, Yale. Autumn and Yale have 3 kids who are all adopted out of Indianapolis' foster care system. She enjoys running, playing music, and making videos with her family for their Youtube channel.

Brenda Freije

CSO

With over 25 years of experience working as an attorney and a consultant for nonprofits, Brenda Freije leads our consulting efforts as our Chief Strategy Officer. Brenda’s passion for helping nonprofit leaders reach their full potential is contagious. She has led numerous nonprofits as part of executive leadership and boards of directors, giving her insight into the unique challenges faced by nonprofit teams. Brenda is currently pursuing her PhD, studying how to solve complex, public problems involving urban sustainability, health, and equity. In her spare time, Brenda loves art, literature, and spending time with her husband and children.

Zac Kester

CEO

Zac Kester serves as CEO of Allies 4 Good and Managing Attorney of our sister brand, Charitable Allies. With over a decade of experience as an attorney, Zac advocates and pursues justice for nonprofit organizations and their stakeholders daily. Zac is a recipient of the 2018 Leadership in Law Award from the Indiana Lawyer and has spoken at a variety of events, including those hosted by the United Way of Central Indiana, Charitable Advisors, National Business Institute and Nonprofit Legal Clinic. Zac, his wife Amanda, and their four children are passionate about serving those in their communities and people globally. The Kesters strongly support adopting and fostering children, having adopted two beautiful girls from Ethiopia who are wonderful older sisters to the Kesters’ biological sons. Along with others from their local church, the Kesters help with repairs and spring cleaning at the Dayspring Center, a homeless shelter for women and children, and serve breakfast to men and women who need a helping hand at Horizon House. He has an LLM and a JD from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.

Victoria Ochs

Marketing & Intake Coordinator

As Marketing and Intake Coordinator for Allies 4 Good, Victoria combines her passion for content creation and client work. Victoria also serves on the team of sister nonprofit, Charitable Allies. Prior to joining our marketing team, she studied multimedia journalism and public relations at Taylor University. Victoria is a storyteller at heart and values aesthetic excellence, thoughtful representation and anticipating audiences’ needs. During her free time, Victoria enjoys consuming and creating all forms of art. She sang in Taylor University’s Gospel Choir for four years and has led worship on vocals, guitar and drums. She and her husband live in Indianapolis, IN, where they also serve at Church at the Crossing.
